Developed and implemented a multi-year strategy, including building an organizational chart, to support the organization\'s goal of doubling in size from 25 to 50 urgent care centers within a year. Implemented leadership development initiatives, providing coaching and feedback to the Field and Center Leadership teams. Utilized the encourage coaching model to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Evaluated training programs for efficacy, considering different learning styles, and leveraged the Learning Management System (LMS) and HR Information System (HRIS) to enhance training and development initiatives. Developed additional programming to address identified areas for improvement. Developed dynamic HR/People programs, such as team member of the month recognition and culture surveys, to increase engagement and retention efforts. These programs contributed to creating a positive and inclusive work culture. Contributed to the development of the Talent Acquisition Strategy by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates through platforms like LinkedIn. Successfully hired over 600 team members for various projects, demonstrating the ability to attract and retain top talent.
