   As a Sr. project manager on a team at McAdams, James is tasked with design, calculations, and overall project management of various site development and utility improvement/relocation projects. Mr. Eason works closely with other members of the team as well as the construction administration team to ensure success of projects. Examples of projects and responsibilities include utility master planning, stormwater master planning, utility condition assessments, stormwater BMP design, coordination with outside architects, MEP’s, landscape architects, and overall coordination of project progress. Additionally, James is tasked with attending and leading project meetings with clients and municipalities, billing and project progress management, as well training of younger employees.
