As Group CEO, I lead the world’s second-largest global airline association behind our friends at IATA. With APEX founded as a non-profit in the 1970s, IFSA in the 1960s, and FTE at the start of this century, our group has built a powerful legacy of innovation: uniting airlines, airports, and suppliers to transform the future of passenger experience.Immediately after joining, I architected the strategic alignment of APEX and IFSA to maximize industry impact for the leading non-profit associations. In 2019, I then led APEX’s acquisition of Future Travel Experience, cementing our position as the definitive force shaping air travel’s future and fully completing the acquisition by 2022. Under my leadership, we have more than doubled total revenues while expanding our influence across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.I engage directly with C-suite executives at the world’s leading airlines, airports, and aviation technology companies to accelerate advancements in digital transformation, in-flight entertainment, connectivity, seating, sustainability, and catering.
