I oversee and enhance end-user IT services for eight different countries in the EMEA region. Managing a team of eight direct reports and coordinating the efforts of over 60 indirect reports using performance management techniques. Our service extends to more than end users who communicate in eight different languages. My primary focus is on building cohesive country teams that deliver effective communication and high-quality service across various lines of business, while also fostering collaboration on both a regional and global scale. Aligning resources into the end-user function, developing best practices, and ensuring the adoption of standard processes. I\'m also responsible for effective supplier and outsourcer management. I have financial oversight, managing the budgets related to IT services and actively participating in budgeting and forecasting. I prioritize the workload for my team through resource planning and scheduling to meet the needs of the business. I\'m involved in resource planning for larger projects and oversee the coordination of it. My role includes supporting all IT equipment relocations and provisions, such as moves and IMAC requests. I diligently manage the service to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Service Requests and Minor Incidents, including analyzing data, observing trends, and driving action plans to address any shortcomings. Stock control at all sites is under my purview to ensure appropriate levels of IT stock are maintained. I maintain detailed records for IT equipment control in the deskside environment and oversee the recycling of all redundant IT equipment, ensuring proper disposal under relevant regulations. I also play a crucial role in driving the best use of technology for the business, which involves initiatives like Tech Bars and Tech Fairs. Additionally, I\'m committed to monitoring and enabling training and development opportunities for my team to foster professional growth and skill enhancement.
