I’m someone who went from a Stage 4, aggressive, inoperable, and chemo-resistant colon cancer diagnosis to cancer-free in just nine months. My recovery wasn’t luck—it was the result of applying everything I’ve learned from 20+ years in business, healthcare, psychology, and strategy… plus a deep commitment to joy.With a background in industrial-organizational psychology and years consulting with hospital boards, insurance companies, and the American Hospital Association, I understood how the business of healthcare works—and where it doesn’t. I’ve spent my career helping companies build the right teams, so when my life was on the line, I “staffed” an 11-person healing team across disciplines to create a truly holistic plan.I studied the job of an oncologist, explored how cancer is treated around the world, talked to survivors, and used twelve types of data and six healing toolkits to guide my process. I combined evidence-based medicine with intuition, energy work, and lifestyle strategies. I also advocated for myself and made the changes necessary from a lifestyle and nutrition perspective to thrive. And through it all, I led with joy. I threw themed parties for every infusion and lived by my mantra: Maximize Joy. Gratitude was my daily practice, even in the darkest moments.Now, I’m sharing everything I’ve learned to help others access personalized, integrative care. My mission is to make precision healing practical—and joyful—for anyone facing cancer.
