Business analysis activities for multiple strategic initiatives. All projects were ran using some form of an agile methodology. The types of projects include- Creation of an OMNI channel media platform, using open API technologies, that supports both targeting and execution of media- Creation of an iPad application that recommends campaign designs for a sales person based on various key performance indicators- Improvements to gain acceptance of a Salesforce tool that was used to create program estimates. For this project I acted as the Business Analyst and Product Owner. The tool is used by sales and sales support- Created a ‘Results Database’ that contains program estimates, execution data, and a standard set of metrics such as return on investment. This project pulled data from three disparate systems into one database. This database is used by analytics to determine if we executed what we sold and met the results that were promised. My role is mainly responsible for gathering detail and writing stories used for development. This includes creating various artifacts such as- Screen, report, dashboard mock-ups - Data mapping from source to landing tables, from source tables/fields to report fields - Documentation of formulas and business rules - Workflow, data flow diagrams - Research data trends to help make decisions – typically using SQL against Oracle and Data Warehouse/Neteeza databases Work with Group President, Data Strategy to help take projects through an intake process, these projects are designed to enhance our dataset. This includes creating and preparing documents for the intake process and working with venders, product marketing, and sales as necessary. Interview business analysis candidates and recommend for hiring Lead, train, mentor business analysts to help them assimilate with the teams as quickly as possible
