ABOUT JEREMY KLEBERG
Jeremy Kleberg is an incoming medical student at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine, starting in the Fall of 2025. During his time in medical school, Jeremy is excited to be able to learn about the complexities of medicine while staying on the forefront of medicine by continuing his research endeavors. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida in Spring 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Education Sciences.During his time at the University of Florida, he worked in the Zhang and Kolb Lab studying the affects of ANGPTL4 on clear cell renal carcinoma, and he completed his undergraduate thesis study regarding the role of Sphaeropsidin A in clear cell renal cancer inhibition. Jeremy also contributed to multiple cancer targeted drug development projects in the lab, specifically the use of proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) against various forms of cancer. Along with his research interests, he gained several leadership positions in organizations related to informing prospective UF students about the school as well as helping students adjust to college life.
