ABOUT JASKARAN KHATROW
I have always had a passion for making processes efficient and effective. Through my Bachelor\'s at the University of Waterloo, I have developed skills in accounting, finance and economics, honing my analytic skills. At Conestoga, I had learned about Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Advanced Data Analysis and much more under the umbrella. I have learned about continuous improvement in supply chain processes and organizations, from TQM to Six Sigma and lean tools, and a forward-thinking mentality is taught and fostered. I have experience with Value Stream Mapping from my Capstone project, where I applied systems thinking, lean thinking and the theory of constraints to help improve a client\'s business. I have developed valuable team working skills in my years of part-time employment, along with the numerous case studies in University and College. I enjoy leading projects and delegating work to create an efficient process. I believe the Supply Chain field has revolutionized our everyday environment, from the numerous fields under the umbrella. I strive to add to the continuous improvement Supply Chain gives us in our lives.
