ABOUT JAD G. KHALIL

Dr. Jad G. Khalil, M.D- Orthopaedic Surgery Dr. Jad G. Khalil is an attending spine surgeon at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Khalil is a graduate of the American University of Beirut School of Medicine. He has then completed his training in orthopaedic surgery and spine surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Khalil has received multiple awards throughout his training including best research award at Henry Ford Hospital, best research award at the Mid-American Orthopaedic Association and others. He has authored multiple research papers and book chapters and presented his research at national and international orthopaedic and spine conventions including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society. Dr. Khalil’s clinical and research interests include disorders of the spine, particularly cervical spine disorders, spinal reconstruction and minimally invasive spine surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the North American Spine Society (NASS), as well as the emerging leaders program of the American Orthopaedic Association (AOA). Dr. Khalil also instructs medical students, orthopaedic residents and spine surgery fellows at William Beaumont Hospital. He is on staff at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.
