Jack has over fifteen years of experience in providing tailored Code and Certified Professional services. He has extensive knowledge of the National and BC Building Codes as well as Vancouver Building Bylaws and their respective permitting processes. Skilled in negotiation, public relations and gaining consensus, he believes each project requires a strategic approach to permit planning. He has developed strong, effective and productive relationships with both project teams and Authority Having Jurisdictions. As a recognized fire and life safety professional, Jack regularly presents to the design community on topics relating to the BC Building Code and Vancouver Building Bylaws.
