I developed a future state architecture for finance systems at Airbnb that led to the selection and implementation of Oracle Fusion FAH (AHCS) for Platform Revenue and Cash Accounting. In addition to delivering automated accounting and a significant reduction in month end close timelines, this solution serves as the foundation for providing critical financial data for treasury hedging programs, cash safeguarding for MTL, direct and indirect tax filings, not to mention detailed financial metrics and insights. My teams are also responsible for guest and host payment route enablement and platform cash reconciliation (platform to processor to bank recons) using Reconart; core financials (GL), procurement, payables and payroll using Workday; GL reconciliation using Blackline; T&E using Concur; treasury management using Kyriba. Current Fun Projects- Rearchitecting our Host/Guest Cash Reconciliation and Analytics Platform to enable faster payment route implementations and provide a single source of truth for all cash analysis (CIT, Bank/Processor Fee analytics)- Delivering Intelligent Automation solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of processes across finance using ML, RPA, and tools such as Alteryx- Implementing Oracle Fusion AR to support Airbnb Olympics partnership and Airbnb for Work offerings.
