Our goal is to build a self-help depression app that is far more effective than antidepressants or therapy by leveraging a new treatment developed via decades of research by my cofounder, David Burns. Our early beta tests indicate that our app can cause more improvement on validated measures of depression in one day than a three month course of antidepressants. Our app is currently in private beta.
