I have the privilege of helping the worlds most innovative and customer centric organisations deliver revenue and margin improvements by enabling them to earn the right to create and develop trusted relationships with their consumers, customers, partners and employees. I\'ve enjoyed an International career, with assignments in Colombia, Poland, Czech Republic, Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana, Angola, Zambia and South Africa). Prior to joining Salesforce, I spent 14 years at SABMiller where I lead global IT and Business transformation programmes that helped a small South African company to grow revenues from $4b to $30b and become the world’s second-largest brewer. I believe the business of business is to improve the state of the world and I am passionate about helping organisations build sustainable trusted relationships with thier customers. I also provide pro bono consulting support to several non-profit organisations.
