   Aug 2023 — Present

   Led the front-end ideation and development of a Product Page shopping assistant chatbot leveraging Generative AI, from initial UI and APIs, to testing coverage, analytics and tagging.Stood up the Performance Guardian program, and lead this group of cross-functional engineers whose mission is to improve performance across Target.comSpiked out, developed, and integrated a new third-party tool (SpeedCurve) to monitor the site\'s performance. This enables us to more accurately track regressions, as well as test hypotheses for increased performance gains.
