ABOUT JJ C.

Your past prepared you for more - your story is someone else\'s strategy waiting to be deployed. If you are a leader who knows you\'re called to more but can\'t name what\'s holding you back, or if you\'re a pastor wondering how to mobilise the wisdom already in your in-person and online congregations, I am speaking directly to you.Hi, I\'m JJ, a Practical Theologian, Leadership Coach, and Kingdom Business Strategist.I know what it\'s like to experience church hurt and leave. And I know what it takes to heal, return, and rebuild trust in your faith, yourself and the body of Christ. For close to two decades, I wrote multi-million-pound revenue strategies for the world\'s largest law firms, advised senior equity and managing partners, supported C-Suite leaders, and led teams across continents.Today, I bridge theology, emotional wisdom, and Kingdom-focused leadership to help leaders move from calling to execution. Founder of Giant Slayers, a discipleship to marketplace pipeline, I equip leaders to slay their inner giants and build sustainable habits and systems that reflect their Kingdom assignment and develop spiritually, emotionally and strategically. I\'m currently completing my Master\'s in Practical Theology & Ministry, where I\'m deepening my understanding of how theology, culture, emotional formation, and leadership intersect. My vision for the Church- I believe churches are haemorrhaging members due to \"church hurt\"—not because of bad theology, but because of unhealed emotional wounds, unmet needs, and leaders who don\'t have the tools, capacity or accountability to respond well- Pastors and church leaders carry an enormous weight, and they were never meant to carry it alone. By activating the coaching gifts already sitting in their congregations, churches can create emotionally healthy communities where leaders are supported, wounds are healed, people grow, and members stay- I believe the Church should have coaches just like it has choir directors. How I Serve Within The Church: Seminars & Bible studies on identity, calling, and leadership | Training to activate the gifts within your congregation How I Serve in The Marketplace: 1:1 and Group Coaching | Online Communities | Mentorship on building purpose-driven coaching practices | Corporate leadership workshopsIf you\'re a pastor ready to mobilise your congregation, a leader ready to step into your calling, or a woman ready to activate your gifts, let\'s connect.
