About J. J. Swenson

I am a native, lifelong resident of Scottsdale, Arizona. I have a strong work ethic with good morals and am considered very personable by my peers. In March of 2014 - May 2015, I worked with CBRE\'s Land Services Group in Phoenix. I spent a number of years with Swenson Realty Group, Inc. pursuing value-add income producing type deals as well as land & redevelopment deals in preferably office, industrial and/or land sites. Today, I\'ve transitioned into the transportation industry where I work with LineHaul Station, a company specializing in logistics & offering an array of trucking services. We are building a shared-use, private & secured terminal network across the country, spread across 50 hubs, strategically located on the outskirts of each major metro & along the most dense interstates. We\'re thrilled to announce the opening of our first location in West Memphis, just off the I-40 & I-55 in 2026. I help lead the LHS membership sales team where I add value through hard work and creative thinking that is focused on innovative ways to build momentum & business success.

I help lead the membership & sales team in targeting industry stakeholders & drivers to introduce them to LHS, our founder\'s membership, as well as the many other advantages that comes with using our network.
