We specialize in designing immersive labs, producing mission-driven XR content, and advising institutions on how to implement scalable, sustainable immersive learning strategies.As CEO, I lead the development and execution of immersive initiatives across sectors—from higher education to public safety and ecological conservation. Recent highlights include-Launching and activating the Christopher Newport University immersive lab, including faculty onboarding and experience creation-Guiding the creation and fundraising strategy for the immersive lab at New College Institute, built from the work of the Public Safety Brain Trust, a statewide initiative to embed XR into firefighter and first responder training-Spearheading RIVERE, an ecological immersive experience along the Rappahannock River, combining education, conservation, and interactive storytelling.I also founded and lead the NEXTWave Network, a national community of immersive learning labs and content creators accelerating innovation across campuses and organizations.Additional leadership roles-Member of the George Washington University School of Nursing Dean’s Advisory Council, advancing simulation and XR in medical education-Medbiquitous VR/AR Task Force Member, advising the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) on technology adoption and deployment strategy.I guide interdisciplinary teams from concept through deployment—ensuring every solution is human-centered, tech-forward, and built to scale.
