Responsible for specialized and moderately complex projects in the Public Affairs division and Customer Experience department. Represents the Communications and Public Affairs division in agency-wide committees. Develops project definition, scope, schedule, and management plan for project organization and staffing. Develops and maintains project reporting system. Ensures project is completed on-time and according to budget. Drives issues for resolution and escalates unresolved issues to project sponsors in timely manner. Participates in task forces to identify needs, evaluate services and establish objectives; assists in the development of goals, policies and procedures; promotes individual agreement and group consensus on issues; identifies options and evaluates operational impact.
