I am responsible for specifying, selecting, procuring, and manufacturing sensors and instrumentation for the New Glenn rocket. This includes performing vibration, shock, radiated susceptibility, conducted susceptibility, and radiated emissions testing for acceptance or qualification. I interface with hydraulic, pneumatic, propellant, and mechanical subsystems to ensure the avionics measurement meets the control requirements. I coordinate detailed system testing such as auto-ignition temperature testing for oxygen compatibility and tensile testing for adhesive Lu bonded supports.
