I started “working” in games at 14, hosting, TOing, commentating and competing at Super Smash Bros. Melee tournaments before esports was really “esports.” That passion for games led me into events, where I worked with brands including Razer, ASUS and GAME. From there, I made the move into recruitment through OPMjobs, combining industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people find their place in the industry. After that, I found a home at Rebellion, where I spent nearly four years building and leading the recruitment function. Now, I’m starting a new chapter with Jagex. I’ve always loved this industry and the people in it. Whether you’re an experienced developer, just starting out, or trying to figure out your next step, I’m always happy to connect and help where I can. If that means finding a home at Jagex, great.
