M&A- Okada Manila on its de-SPAC with 26 Capital at a USD 2.6 billion valuation- Jinjiang Hotels on its sale of the Radisson Hotel Group Americas to Choice Hotels for USD 675 million- ServiceNow on its USD 500 million acquisition of G2K- Agiloft on its sale of a majority stake to KKR- Monumental Studios on multiple acquisitions including its acquisitions of Kongregate and Gamaga from Modern Times Group (MTG) and of Games Circus- Cadence Design Systems, Salesforce, and Coinbase each on multiple acquisitions.
