JJ was voted the Associate Member of the Year in and has served on the MBA Board of Directors. He has been nominated 21 times for a MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Award and won 4 Gold Awards, He has also received 2 Gold Nationals from the National Association of Home Builders. JJ has raised many thousands of dollars as the 4-year Chair of the Children\'s Playhouse Campaign where local homebuilders build playhouses which are then sold and/or auctioned to raise funds donated to local children\'s charities. He has served as Chair of the MAME Awards, Chair of the Sales & Marketing Council, Chair for the Parade of Homes and a CSP instructor and Board Member of the MBA University.
