ABOUT JOSE J. GAMEZ

I am a strategic consultant focused on economic and financial analysis, quantitative risk assessments and risk allocation strategies for capital programs and projects. From Public-Private Partnerships (P3 or and Alternative Financing Procurement (AFP) to traditional delivery methods. I have worked in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Middle East, and have been responsible for developing innovative solutions and analysis on every role in his career, combining my financial background with experience mega projects. As a SVP for Construction Consulting Solutions at Marsh Advisory and Marsh Specialty, I have contributed with an entrepreneurial and global mindset to the Construction Advisory Practice, expanding the service offering and toolkits to a global team. Before joining Marsh, I served as an Economist and Sr. Consultant for the National Infrastructure Economics Practice at AECOM, supporting and advising Federal, Provincial, Municipal clients in the US and in Canada on impact assessments, business case development, and Benefit-Cost Analysis. Also at AECOM as a Risk Manager for the Project and Program Management group, I provided risk assessment and risk management support to over 40 global mega projects, accounting for more than $60bn in CAPEX across business lines and geographies. I am passionate, organized, and proactive-an entrepreneur within an organization. I hold an MBA from Babson College, Olin Business School and a bachelor\'s degree in Economics from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela.
