Jose Jorge (JJ) Fernandez holds a Master Project Manager - MPM certification, is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management. For past 15+ years, Fernandez has directed Schenley Development Corp within the redevelopment, site-built construction as well as modular construction space as well as collaborates with Broward County and Miami Dade Real Estate Investor Associations.Mr. Fernandez has provided Project Management and Owner Representative services for projects throughout South Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Colorado and Puerto Rico. Mr. Fernandez believes that Owners, Property Managers, Real Estate Professionals, Contractors and Sub-contractors can all benefit from the advise, knowledge and training of a professional Project Manager.Project Managers provide knowledge and experience relevant to the entire project process; from project conception, through design and construction phases, the Project Manager provides insight, helps assess alternatives as well as identify risks / potential fatal flaws.
