As a Government Affairs Recruiter with Floyd Lee Locums, I take pride in doing more than just filling shifts — I connect clinicians to purposeful work. Every conversation I have with a provider begins with their “why.” I want to understand what motivates them, what balance they’re seeking, and how I can help them practice medicine on their terms.My focus is on building lasting partnerships with physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs across the country, while supporting hospitals, clinics, and government facilities in meeting their most critical staffing needs.
