Works closely with the Corporate Procurement Group to identify opportunities for vendor improvement and establish systems to ensure timely accurate information is communicated to our vendors and customers. Leads the organization in identifying and implementing best practices in organizational development, recruiting, retention, and training of over 1700 employees. Continues participation in the capital planning process as well as new equipment implementation. Serves as the lead planner for new plant acquisition.
