I’m an Engineering Manager with a deep background in IT/AV technology and a passion for building high‑performing teams. I blend hands‑on technical expertise with people‑first leadership—coaching engineers, driving clarity, and creating environments where teams can deliver exceptional results.My technical foundation spans enterprise IT, AV systems, and Microsoft 365 cloud capabilities, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams (with specialization in Teams Rooms), OneDrive, Exchange, Office Apps, and Miro. I built my early career as a strong problem-solver and strategist, diagnosing complex systems, designing practical solutions, and managing large‑scale projects in Fortune‑50 environments.
