With over a decade of experience in managing IT Services for educational trusts, I am the IT Business Partner for E-ACT, a leading Multi Academy Trust in the UK. I lead IT operations for E-ACT schools in the North, ensuring best practice, procedures, and processes are established and followed alongside an active mentor for other IT colleagues within E-ACT to provide support, guidance and build meaningful relationships trust wide!As a certified Microsoft Technology Associate in Cloud Fundamentals and Mobility and Device Fundamentals, I have a strong expertise in cloud services, IT service and device management. I work on a National level for IT Projects, supporting our Director of IT to ensure smooth integration and transition to new systems acting as key contacts for school SLT, Third Parties and ELT on regular progress! I act as the point of contact for academy HeadTeachers, Education Directors and ELTs in the North while managing contracts, service level agreements for outsourced IT support and services. Providing clear and consistent guidance, professional support, and direct report to the Director of IT. I am a strong team-player, flexible, and self-motivated, with a passion for improving the IT performance and efficiency of E-ACT academies.
