I lead Jonas Europe’s AI agenda across 20+ vertical market software businesses. Sitting within the Centre of Excellence, I partner with executive teams, senior leaders and builders to set strategy, and roll up my sleeves to deliver real outcomes. Focus areas- AI project delivery: Identify, scope and execute high-value AI use cases; provide technical leadership across data engineering, ML/NLP, cloud deployment and MLOps; track and report ROI- Thought leadership & enablement: Chair the Jonas Europe AI Committee, run cross-brand working groups, publish best-practice frameworks, and design training that demystifies AI for both technical and non-technical audiences- Ecosystem building: Develop reusable toolkits, legal/ethical guidelines and collaboration channels to accelerate safe, scalable adoption of AI; act as a conduit to Constellation Software’s global AI experts- Strategic alignment: Translate emerging AI trends into actionable roadmaps aligned to each business unit’s goals; facilitate prioritisation workshops and build clear business cases for investment- Governance & measurement: Establish metrics and dashboards that evidence impact, ensure accountability and drive continuous improvement. Tools & tech: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, ETL pipelines, CI/CD, API integrations.
