Infrastructure, Operations & Security: Manage enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, VMs, endpoints, backups) while overseeing procurement, licensing, onboarding/offboarding, and CAB governance. Develop and enforce IT security policies, implement least-privilege access, and support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and vulnerability management tools- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor colleagues, interview, hire, and manage co-op students, and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents. Standardize procedures, document processes, and drive automation to improve efficiency and consistency across IT operations- Client Engagement & Application Support: Partner with casino IT teams to deliver onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Tangam’s software, ensuring smooth adoption, strong relationships, and high client satisfaction.
