Responsible for day-to-day coordination and project management of PATH data implementations and data quality• Assist with the development, tracking, and reporting of key operational metrics• Ability to simplify complex problems for internal and external clients. • Ability to obtain expert knowledge of PATH services to evaluate client or department needs, develop project timelines, and act as a liaison or escalation point for any issues that may arise throughout the project and/or implementation processes. • Manage assigned direct reports of Data Implementation Specialists (including but not limited to hiring, training, supervision, coaching and development). • Oversee and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects/PATH initiatives for internal and external clients. • Manage day-to-day communication on implementation projects with data warehouse vendors, internal team members, and external clients. • Manage and coordinate the execution of multiple administrative tasks such as supporting new PATH account onboarding activities, updating project management tools, and monitoring/measuring implementation metrics. • Manages and leads functions and projects to drive data quality improvement processes for PATH service offerings.• Fully investigate errors and discrepancies of data and work with appropriate business groups to resolve.• Monitor progress of all Data Quality project related tasks against specified metrics and timelines.• Create and manage the delivery of a Data Quality Management roadmap, focused on the strategic build-out of PATH Data Quality Management functions. • Execute technical data profiling and quality monitoring rules against data assets to identify data inconsistencies and gaps.• Support discussions with impacted data stakeholders to raise, validate, assess for impact, triage, and prioritize data issues.
