About Jizhou Kang
I’m a research data scientist at Google. Prior to this, I was a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at UC San Francisco. I obtained my Ph.D. in Statistical Science from UC Santa Cruz, where my dissertation research focuses on developing Bayesian nonparametric models for flexible and efficient ordinal regression.I enjoy solving real-world problems and find fulfillment in applying statistical innovation to drive positive change.
