Day to day, that means negotiating with vendors to cut costs, streamlining procurement and inventory on ERP, and reorganizing store workflows so the factory runs smoother. I’ve also spent time on the shop floor with teams to understand bottlenecks and fix them with practical solutions, because real efficiency comes from listening on the ground, not just planning from a desk. Alongside operations, I’m leading Sanhit’s digital shift: refreshing our branding, building an online presence, and launching content-driven strategies to help us compete in a market that’s rapidly moving online.
