As Director of Glint Cleaning Solutions (GCS), I lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of a growing commercial cleaning and facilities services company. I oversee a diverse range of services across commercial, industrial, and construction sectors, ensuring that every solution is tailored to our clients’ specific requirements.My responsibilities include managing service delivery, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and upholding rigorous health and safety standards. From routine office cleaning and industrial deep cleans to post-construction sparkle cleans and high-level access work, I ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard with professionalism and care.I drive our business development strategy, overseeing tender submissions, contract negotiations, and client relationships. I focus on long-term partnerships and ensure that our services remain competitive, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-moving market.Workforce development is a key part of my role. I oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development to build a skilled, motivated, and safety-conscious team.
