Jitendra is a strong proponent of open source software and technologies. A techie at heart who believes a combination of good processes and good team are critical to solving any problem.In the past, Jitendra oversaw design and implementation of all technology-led innovative solutions, including live and interactive virtual classrooms, web classrooms, mobile learning delivery, and assessment and analytics platforms for TalentSprint. As of November 2020, TalentSprint has been majority acquired by NSE Academy, the education arm of the National Stock Exchange (NSE). TalentSprint has won multiple awards including Deloitte Fast 50 an amazing 3 times, and also raised capital from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Nexus Venture Partners along the way. From 20••••10, Jitendra served at Kenexa(now an IBM company), a leading provider of HR software and services. He was part of the core team which re-designed and successfully delivered the product to many live customers. He was responsible for creating critical components including core workflow module for the next generation of software products. He also lead a team responsible for large scale performance improvement of the live product.Jitendra started his career at Virtusa and rose to the role of Technology Lead in less than three years. At Virtusa, he had the opportunity to work for various clients in hi-tech business unit including BPM Leader PegaSystems. Jitendra has a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur.
