With a solid foundation in print, packaging, and graphic communication engineering, I bring a proven record of helping clients navigate the full lifecycle of software-driven production environments — from estimating through press and finishing-equipment integration.My journey began in engineering, working hands-on with presses and prepress systems, where I learned the importance of precision, efficiency, and timing. Over time, that technical foundation evolved into a passion for improving how print businesses run — smarter systems, streamlined operations, and stronger margins.Today, I specialize in estimation, ERP implementation, and process optimization across the print and packaging industry. Whether leading professional service projects for eProductivity Software (EPS) or optimizing quoting and costing processes at Mitchell Press, I’ve helped organizations cut waste, increase accuracy, and modernize their print workflows.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to:• Build and deliver robust databases and workflows tailored to client operations.• Train users across multiple Pace modules — covering object types, U/I/D workflows, field identification, templates, and practical applications.• Configure presses and finishing equipment within estimating and production environments.• Develop best practices for core business processes and lead training sessions across various software modules.• Collaborate closely with customer SMTs and internal support teams — understanding their workflows, validating test cases, and ensuring successful outcomes.My approach is collaborative, client-focused, and process-driven.
