Facilitate strategic level dialogue between government and the private sector to identify needs and export constraints faced by SMEs and Making sure local marketing and on ground marketing activities are always a focal point for products to penetrate better in markets. Ensure High-level communications with Exporter / Industry Groups to pave the way for their smooth export operations/product certifications or removal of barriers. Deliver sales by developing the relationship with external as well as internal customers by identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. Liaise with the Customs Department and other relevant countries government departments to facilitate the timely departure of goods and services from their countries respective Ports. Develop and maintain the International sales operations policies and procedures. Maintains good relations with the management, staff, suppliers and key customers
