Working to enable and improve FMCG sales domain through Capability, Engagement and Digital transformation. I Have the experience of working in FMCG Sales, Distribution, Sales Development and Trade Marketing domain, as a Trade Marketing Manager with Mars India, prior to that, I was a part of ITC where I have completed multiple stints such as being a Regional Manager - East for Frozen foods, adding my value in a strategy project, contributing to sales transformation across 3 branches and 6 geographies of various market profiles. Across geographies, I have handled more than 20 distributors, working in the Foods division. My initial work in ITC Limited has been predominantly on convenience channel in the state of Madhya Pradesh.Originally hailing from Indore, I have rigorous FMCG sales experience across the territories in India. I specialize in food segment FMCG, currently adding value in the impulse and snacking category. I am a PGDM graduate from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, dually specializing in Marketing and Finance. Prior to that, I finished my under graduation in BBA, specializing in marketing. A hardcore marketing enthusiast with a keen interest in understanding current ways in marketing and distribution, and adding value by attempting to improve them.I look forward to work in different environments, and continuing to do my best to enhance my learnings and skills set. Leading people towards a goal-oriented task and sharing my learnings with my team, as well as benefitting from the insights of the team members, are my key driving forces.
