Currently, I oversee key functions such as Quality Management (NABH, NABL, & ISO), Finance Management, Credit Business (both Government & Private), Clinical Trial Management, Marketing, and Data Analytics—ensuring that all aspects of the business are seamlessly integrated and optimized.In addition to my operational expertise, I am passionate about the intersection of healthcare management and business strategy. My areas of interest include Medical Laboratory Management and Oncology Operations, where I actively work to improve systems, processes, and quality in healthcare settings. I have also contributed to the field through published research in medical laboratory qualitative studies and cancer hospital quality managemental studies.I have had the privilege of teaching management students, sharing my knowledge and real-world experiences to inspire the next generation of professionals.
