Throughout my journey, I have developed expertise that encompasses the entire healthcare data pipeline, ranging from effectively representing data in a computer-interpretable manner to extracting valuable insights using advanced statistical and machine-learning techniques. In my current role, I have the privilege of leading the Clinical Trial Optimization group, driving the development of cutting-edge machine learning (ML) models aimed at matching oncology patients with the most appropriate clinical trials, thereby enhancing clinical trial diversity. Additionally, I am responsible for facilitating a team focused on updating the company-wide engineering pipeline for our data product. I possess a deep understanding of various data sources, including real-world data such as electronic medical record data and claims, as well as publicly available databases like ClinicalTrials.gov and the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System.
