My work included a pivoting the Product Construct for Depression treatment in South Africa and the conceptualisation of a Digital Therapeutics solution for ADHD in India.Autonomous Workplace in Manufacturing: I led the development and launch of AMPLE, Gemba, and LDM across 17 plants, benefiting 9K+ users. These platforms improved equipment reliability and process efficiency by integrating Lean and Total Productivity Management (TPM) principles.Market-Facing Platforms: I managed the XCEED E-Commerce platform, optimizing API sales in the US and India, and onboarded the Polaris Clinical Trials platform, yielding significant cost savings. Additionally, I designed tools for molecule identification and business case analysis to enhance portfolio strategy.
