I am a development professional with 12+ years of experience in rural development, sustainable agriculture, and livelihood promotion. I have successfully led multi-sectoral projects across India with reputed organizations like FINISH Society, Aga Khan Foundation, SRIJAN, and BASICS. My expertise lies in project design and execution, organic farming certification (NPOP), climate-resilient agriculture, micro-irrigation, FPO strengthening, capacity building, and government scheme linkage. I specialize in integrating grassroots initiatives with government frameworks and donor expectations, ensuring impact, sustainability, and scalability. I’ve worked extensively to link marginalized groups—especially sanitation workers, farmers, and SHGs—with social protection and financial inclusion schemes.
