I am Dr. Jitendra Bajirao Patil, I am BE Mechanical from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad, Masters in Management Studies in Marketing from Mumbai University, MS in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Studies, Mumbai, I have completed my PhD in Technology Management from New Age International University, Seborga, Europe, and I have recently completed my PhD in Information Technology from University of Mumbai.I have 24 years of teaching experience, one year of industrial experience, in my tenure of 24 years of teaching experience I have worked as lecturer and senior lecture at Vidyavardhini’s college of Engineering from July 1998 to July 2006, worked as Assistant Professor at Pillai’s College of Engineering from August 2006 to May 2009, worked as Principal at Maharashtra Udayagiri college of Technology and Management from June 2009 to December 2009, worked as Professor and HOD Mechanical from January 2010 to July 2011, worked as Professor at St. John College of Engineering from August 2011 to June 2012, and working as I/C Principal and Campus Director at Universal College of Engineering till date.During my tenure as Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor I have taught various subjects like Engineering Mechanics, Machine Design, Production Planning and Control, Industrial Engineering and Management, Operation Research, Engineering Metallurgy, Strength of Materials, Theory of Machines, workshop practice, Industrial Engineering and business management, Tribology, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, etc, During my tenure as Principal I have taught subjects like Engineering Mechanics and Engineering Drawing.I am dedicated, hardworking, sincere and very prompt for the job assigned to me, I give my 100% to the work given and use my common sense and subconscious mind to execute the events so that the work is done in precise manner on or before the time estimate. I take ownership of the designation and act accordingly many a times I take risks in doing job and I am 95% achiever in the targets by taking such decisions, from rest 5% I learn the mistakes and correct during next time. With this attitude and approach, I have successfully completed my tenure as head of the Institution of Universal College of Engineering. I live UCOE 24 by 7 and this is how I could sustain the quality of academics, admissions, retention of staff and teaching learning process at UCOE. Dr. Jitendra Bajirao Patil
