Responsibilities-Developing strong engagement with community and public institutions for social harmony and achieving social as well as business synergies - Lead annual planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting of key projects and synergies in alignment with CSR strategy and all Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Renewables portfolio sites’ Business Teams -Regular networking and relationship management with various stakeholders like Tata Group/Government/ Academia/NGOs/other CSR & Foundations fraternity/community-Monitoring and follow ups with the Partners/Associates for maintaining records, preparing periodic physical and financial progress and reports for updates to Business Leaders/ Corp CR team for MIS-Anchor ERM system and SOA based working for budgets upload, MIS management incoordination with Tata Power corporate CSR and TPCDT -Intra Departmental coordination and collaboration with departments to ensure effective implementation of CSR programmes, volunteering and Tata Affirmative Action -Good in communication and leadership engagement including responsibility for developing & publishing case studies/ reports/ communications on an ongoing basis-Coordination with all Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana sites and leadingvolunteering initiatives.
