My current role involves both scientific and group/site management aspects spanning from the project (pipeline) support to resource planning, technical supervision, scientific mentoring, people development, quality report generation, laboratory safety management & technical development, with various interfaces. • Overall responsible for Syngene (Biologics)-CAPS and Bioassay Laboratory (GLP function) for Large Molecules, that specializes in Physicochemical characterization like HPLC, Capillary electrophoresis, Cell-based bioassay, Cell Imaging assay, SPR based assay, immunogenicity and pharmacokinetics (PK) analysis of large molecules and biosimilars.• Leading a team of 20 + scientists who are working extensively with monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, enzymes, biomarkers, cytokines, and growth hormones at various phases of the drug development (preclinical and clinical) process. • Work in the laboratory includes method familiarization/development, validation, sample analysis, technical report generation, client interactions, and method transfers. Technical data generated in our lab has been used for global regulatory filings.
