   Airside Safety and Compliance:Monitor airside areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and airport standards.Conduct safety inspections of runways, taxiways, and aprons.Coordinate removal of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and ensure runway/taxiway cleanliness.Operational Coordination:Coordinate aircraft movements and stand allocations with ground handlers and air traffic control.Ensure smooth turnaround of aircraft and resolve stand or gate conflicts.Emergency Response:Act as the primary airside contact during airport emergencies (e.g, aircraft incidents, fuel spills).Coordinate with fire, rescue, and medical teams when needed.Communication and Liaison:Maintain constant communication with airlines, ATC, ground handlers, and airport departments.Represent airport operations in the airport operations center (APOC) or control room.Incident Reporting and Documentation:Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and violations on the airside.Maintain logs and submit daily reports on operations and any anomalies.Staff Supervision and Coordination:Supervise airside operations staff and allocate duties during the shift.Ensure all personnel have required training and permits.Weather and NOTAM Monitoring:Monitor weather conditions and ensure appropriate actions are taken (e.g, runway closures).Ensure NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) are reviewed and implemented as necessary.Inspections and Audits:Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure operational readiness.Support regulatory audits from aviation authorities.
