I am Jitendra Kumar Jha, serving as Mukhiya of Balni Mehath, Madhubani (Bihar) since 2016, and President of Devodhya Foundation (देवोध्या फाउंडेशन). I hold an MBA in Marketing from Mithila University (1982).My work is field-driven and delivery-oriented across rural development, social welfare, women empowerment, and government scheme implementation. I have actively participated in flood relief management across flood-affected pockets of Madhubani district, coordinating local support, community response, and ground execution during emergency periods.I have also supported Panchayat-level scheme delivery including:• Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G)• Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin (Sochalay Yojana)Through Devodhya Foundation, I engage with CSR teams, donors, institutions, and NGOs looking for a reliable implementation partner in Bihar, especially across Madhubani and Jhanjharpur.
