   Transaction Management: Oversee the execution and recording of all intercompany transactions, including billing, loans, and settlements. Prepares intercompany journals for new loans, repayments, and interest accruals, and ensure their posting into SAP.• Balance Reconciliation: Ensures timely reconciliation of global intercompany balances, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly. Perform consolidated loan reconciliations and intercompany matchbook reconciliations, ensuring no out-of-balance issues at month-end• Compliance and Control: Maintain robust internal controls over intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain internal process documentation, and ensure robust account reconciliations and SOX compliance.• Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and detailed reports on intercompany transactions and balances for monthly close processes, and audit requirements.
