   After completing more than 25 years in pharmaceutical sector, I have decided to enter a broader spectrum of health care by joining a disruptive startup Healthnovo Digilife Pvt. Ltd as Chief Commercial Officer. Healthnovo is a hybrid healthcare start-up with verticals of consultation services, diagnostics facilities, merchandiser of medical devices and generic medicines. Healthnovo has introduced an innovative concept of First Mile Clinic (FMC) which has Health ATM which can carry up to 140 diagnostics screening tests, a doctor for inhouse consultation, telemedicine platform and Generic pharmacy – all under one roof. My responsibilities as CCO -Oversee the complete operation of the company ensuring its goals are met as per the direction established in the strategic plan- Work with the board members to plan and implement a short, mid- and long-term strategy for the company- To create end to end Generic business vertical by managing all the supply chain issues, developing cost effective vendors, generating stockiest network in the country and capturing data from the retail network- Exploring international market for generic products and Health ATM- Encourage business investment, act as a visionary and provide leadership for the company- Act as the face of the company while dealing with state and local governments and the local community
