Jitendra Datar is an Enterprise Architect for Analytics and Insight Unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He is responsible for nurturing the domain and technology talent pool, formulating strategy and enabling clients in their journey of partnership with TCS. With a key interest in capital markets and passion for data technologies, he believes that organizations are at an important cusp of technology and cloud enabling the next generation of transformation in their business models.Over a career spanning more than two decades, Jitendra has held various leadership roles (Delivery Head/Partner, Technical Architect and Client Partner) in TCS and delivered value by being involved in designing and developing futuristic solutions/systems to Wall Street Investment Banks, European Banks and Central Banks.In his most recent role, Jitendra head the global delivery for Capital Markets segment and had a multi-cultural/diverse team “following the sun” from Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China, India, London, New York and Mexico.Jitendra holds a Masters of Technology from Indian Institute of Bombay, published a paper in international journal and industrialized a slat type chip conveyor.
